On the 13th February 2019, year 5 went on a trip to the London Planetarium in Greenwich . We have been learning about the Earth and Space this half term, so it was a wonderful opportunity to see the live show about the universe.
Amazingly, we also got to touch one of the oldest meteorite pieces on earth. We also visited the Maritime Museum for lunch. While there, we saw a large number of things: a whole map showing where the world was, along with iPads with an app telling you all about the countries/capital cities of the Earth. We also saw many boats and treasures recovered from the Titanic too!
